Scouts fulfilling any of the following criteria are encouraged to see a leader to have the requirement signed off.
 Red = Has not been completed
 Yellow = Change/Update/Correction
 
 "Section A- Requirements Covered"
 Tenderfoot:
            1:    Any Scout who has been on a camping trip with the troop.
            2:    Any Scout who has camped at the Parkway or camped at Trexler for a weekend.
            3:    Any Scout who has been camping with the troop.
          4a:    Any Scout who has been with the troop since September 2002.
          4b:    Any Scout who has been with the troop since September 2002.
            5:    Any Scout who has been with the troop since September 2002.
            6:    Any Scout who has been with the troop since September 2002.
            7:    Any Scout in troop 53 who knows the Oath, Law, etc.
            8:    Any Scout in a patrol.
            9:    Any Scout who has been on a camping trip with the troop.
        10a:   Requirement has not been fulfilled at a troop event.
        10b:   Requirement has not been fulfilled at a troop event.
          11:   Any Scout who has camped at the Parkway.
        12a:   Any Scout who knows his first aid.
        12b:   Any Scout who knows his first aid.
 
 Second Class:
          1a:   Any Scout who has been on one of the two Parkway hikes.
          1b:   Any Scout who has been on both Parkway hikes.
          2a:   Any Scout who has attended five troop activities from "Section C" including two camping trips.
          2b:   Any Scout who has been on the Parkway or Trexler weekend camping trip.
          2c:   Any Scout who has taken the "complete" Tote n' Chip course.
          2d:   Any Scout who has been on a camping trip to the Parkway or the Trexler weekend.
          2e:   Any Scout who has been on a Parkway camping trip.
           2f:   Requirement was covered at the first trip to the Parkway.
          2g:   Any Scout who attended the Trexler weekend camping trip.
            3:   Any Scout who attended the first Court of Honor.
            4:   Any Scout who attended an event under "Section B."
            5:   Completed at several troop meetings
          6a:   Any Scout who knows his first aid.
          6b:   Any Scout who has been on a hike or camping trip.
          6c:   Any Scout who knows his first aid.
          7a:   Any Scout who took the Swim Test at summer camp.
          7b:   Any Scout who took the Swim Test at summer camp.
          7c:   Any Scout who took the Swim Test at Whitehall High School.
            8:   Any Scout who has had DARE in school.
 
 First Class:
            1:   Requirement has not been fulfilled at a troop event.
            2:   Any Scout who has attended all the Parkway hikes and Snowbound practice.
            3:   Any Scout who has attended 10 events from "Sections B and C" including 3 camping trips.
          4a:   Any Scout who attended the Trexler weekend camping trip.
          4b:   Any Scout who attended the Trexler weekend camping trip.
          4c:   Any Scout who attended the Trexler weekend camping trip.
          4d:   Any Scout who attended the Trexler weekend camping trip.
          4e:   Any Scout who attended the Trexler weekend camping trip.
            5:   Requirement has not been fulfilled at a troop event.
            6:   Completed at several troop meetings.
          7a:   Any Scout who attended summer camp.
          7b:   Any Scout who attended Snowbound practice.
          7c:   Any Scout who attended Snowbound practive.
          8a:   Requirement has not been fulfilled at a troop event.
          8b:   Any Scout who knows his first aid.
          8c:   Any Scout who attended the meeting on 2/12/04.
          8d:   Any Scout who knows his first aid.
          9a:   Requirement has not been fulfilled at a troop event.
          9b:   Any Scout who took the swim test at summer camp.
          9c:   Any Scout who took the swim test at Whitehall High School.
               
 "Section B- Service Projects"
        Gracedale Nursing Home Drill:  1 hour
        Junior Leader Training:  1 hour
        Scouting for Food 2003:  7 hours **Will not count as service hours.**
        Relay for Life Kick-off:   2 hours
 "Section C- Troop Activities/Events Participated In"
        Whitehall Parkway (March 29, 2003):  1 day
        Camp Trexler (Summer Camp July 20-26, 2003):  7 days, 6 nights
        Whitehall Parkway (August 12, 2003):  2 hours
        Whitehall Parkway (August 29-30, 2003):  2 days, 1 night
        Camp Trexler (October 17-19, 2003):  3 days, 2 nights
        Whitehall Parkway (January 3, 2004):  1 day
        Camp Trexler (Snowbound January 10, 2004):  1 day
        Whitehall Parkway (Model Rocket Launch January 24, 2004)
