Safely Home

I am home in Heaven, dear ones; Oh so
happy and so bright! There is perfect joy
and beauty in the everlasting light. All
the pain and greif is over, every restless
tossing passed; I am now at peace forever,
Safely Home in Heaven at last. There is
work still waiting for you, so you must
not idly stand; Do it now, while life
remaineth, you shall rest in Jesus Land.
When this work is all completed, He will
gently call you Home; Oh, the rapture of
that meeting, Oh, the joy to see you come!

Would you know my name if I saw you in heaven?
Would it be the same if I saw you in heaven?
I must be strong and carry on,
'Cause I know I don't belong here in heaven.

Would you hold my hand if I saw you in heaven?
Would you help me stand if I saw you in heaven
I'll find my way through night and day,
'Cause I know I just can't stay here in heaven.

Time can bring you down, time can bend your knees.
Time can break your heart, have you begging please, begging please.

Beyond the door there's peace I'm sure,
And I know there'll be no more tears in heaven.

On November 30, 2003, Kristina "Tina" Madonna, age 18, of Coraopolis, suddenly has gone to rest with the Lord. She is the beloved daughter of Debbie and Ralph Madonna; loving sister of Shawn and Ryan; also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

The Madonna Family will always remember the comfort and support so generously extended following our tragic loss. Thanks to all our friends, family, neighbors and most especially to Tina's many friends. Thank you all for the special ways you showed your love for her - for the flowers and gifts in her memory, for the many prayers, but most of all for your presence at this sad time and for all the special memories you shared. It was comforting to see how many friends she had and how people cared so deeply for her.
Tina will live forever in our hearts and minds and we will always remember with gratitude the way that you all embraced her in life and honored her memory in the days after.
