    or Memorial Award.  The requirements are easy but definitive.

    bullet Your site must be family safe, of course.  No porn, no hate, no animal or other abuse.
    bullet Your site must be in English language or provide a translation link.
    bullet Your site should have interesting content, be well constructed, easily navigated.
            No construction signs, few broken links.

    bullet No puppy mills.  No backyard breeders.
           Hobby breeders with conformation or performance stats are welcome.
    bullet Rescue information is a plus.
