The cats are ages 13-22 years. Three were home fosters from feline rescue organizations that stayed on; another was thrown from a passing car and tumbled off my car hood (thank you Hickory Doc for rebuilding her). The fifth, also broken, my son brought home from college for repair. The white "Hallmark Card" cat,  deaf and insulin dependent, was on the pound euthanasia list. For more than 25 years, countless others have known my name on their way to rehoming.
