Blue Taxi - "Step Aside!"
The newest CD from this Cleveland, Ohio four piece band is a great listen if you like the rock & roll/blues/pop sound. Their music is basically all of that rolled into one. I've read many great reviews about their previous CD, "Ridin' Shotgun," and so when I listened to "Step Aside!" I knew what people were talking about when they said Blue Taxi really put a lot into the songs they produce! If you have the chance to see this group, definitely go see them. Slitheryn - Self Titled
Like new hard rock/metal? Then this is the CD for you! Slitheryn released this self titled CD just this past year, 2001, and it is a well sounding CD. Myself being a rock/metal fan, I really like it. This release consists of four tracks: "Lost," "Get Up," "Come + Go," and "The Same." The members in this band are actually 15 and under, which dosen't show because they have a lot of talent. While I don't have a lot of information about this band yet, I really wanted to include something on them until I do, so until next time, try and track down this CD!!
