General Appearance: Small, elegant toy
dogs with a fine bone structure - easily distinguishable from other breeds
by their beautiful, large butterfly-like ears. Colour: Black & White, Tri-colour (Black, Brown & White), or Red/Brown & White
Papillons are happy, friendly, gentle, loving and intellegent - with playful temperaments, They make great house pets and are very good watch dogs, alerting their owners to strangers.They are bright, alert, lively, eager to please and effervescent.

Papillon Facts: In the 16th century,
the Papillon was known as the Dwarf Spaniel, and is the modern development
of those little dogs often seen pictured in rare old paintings and tapestries. Marie Antoinette was an ardent admirer of the Papillon.
