New York Bagel was founded in 1990 by Don Roberts. Don had spent several years working in other arenas before deciding to open New York Bagel. He studied and apprenticed with very successful bagel makers before mastering his own recipe and opening the shop in New Hope which for nearly 8 years successfully operated out of Logan Square near the Giant.

 Unlike other store bought bagels, New York Bagels are the real thing. The bagels that you always hear about from New York City and Brooklyn. They are made fresh every single morning - boiled, seasoned and baked to perfection.

 Now, in a new location, with a huge expansion, New York Bagel has become New York Bagel Café. Rest assured though, you will still receive the very best bagels and service that you have come to expect. New York Bagel Café is designed to be comfortable and inviting. With expanded seating, a state-of-the-art Cyber Café, and friendly company, we’re sure New York Bagel Café will be a place you’ll want to come again and again.
