About Us

WELCOME. We are the Curren family: Heide, Tim, and daughter, Tina. We became interested in horses about 9 years ago. We started out with Peruvians, Paso Finos, and a Quarter horse. In the last 6 years, we have purchased and been riding Mountain horses. We met some friends who introduced us to the breed, and we fell in love with the Mountain horses. Our farm is located on about 167 acres in the hills of Pennsylvania. We have an indoor arena, with stalls. There are numerous pastures for exercising and eating, with well kept run-in sheds to escape the weather.

**** CONTRARY to what some larger farms say about a small operation such as ours, we raise and own very well kept, well mannered stock. They have hands on every day. All horses have vaccinations, coggins, get regular wormings, and regular farrier work. Every horse is tied for graining morning and night. They are family. We call each by their name, talk with them. We are offended by larger farms, that leave the impression, small farms don't have quality stock. We actually have better stock with lots of personal attention to each one. They are NOT a number. ****
