1 CAN SNOW'S MINCED CLAMS WITH JUICE

SAUTE ONION WITH BUTTER (BROWN IN PAN - YELLOW COLOR)

STIR IN CLAMS AND LIQUID

COOK UNTIL THICKENED AND BROIL FOR ONE MINUTE

FLATTEN BREAD WITH ROLLING PIN AFTER CUTTING OF EDGES

SOAK CRUMBS IN 1/2 CUP WARM MILK. COMBINE CRUMBS AND MEAT (MIX WELL)

ADD OTHER 1/2 CUP OF MILK. ADD EGG YOLKS, ONION, SEASONINGS (SALT, PEPPER, ALLSPICE)

FORM INTO SMALL BALLS (LITTLE SMALLER THAN WALNUTS)

PUT OIL IN PAN - GET HOT

BROWN - AT FIRST ON HIGH - THEN MEDIUM HEAT UNTIL REALLY BROWN. ABOUT 15 MIN.

ROTATE WHILE BROWNING.

AFTER BROWING, TAKE OUT AND SKIM OUT FAT FROM SKILLET.

POUT MUSHROOM SOUP AND 1/2 CUP WATER INTO SAME PAN

MIX FAST - STIR WELL ON MEDIUM HEAT

RETURN MEATBALLS TO GRAVY AND SIMMER 1/2 TO 34 HOUR

I WAS IN BUFFALO WHEN "BUFFALO WINGS" WERE INVENTED AT A PLACE CALLED THE ANCHOR BAR.

THIS RECIPE IS A TAKE-OFF ON THE ORIGINAL RECIPE. SALVA REVERENTIA TO THE ORIGINAL RECIPE.

INGREDIENTS:

SERVES 3: 16 WINGS OR SO (FAMILY PACK)

SOAK WINGS ONE HOUR IN SALTED WATER IF YOU WANT CRISPIER WINGS.

CUT INTO 3 PARTS DISCARDING TIPS

SHAKE IN BAG WITH 1 CUP FLOUR, 1/2 TSP. GINGER, 1 TBSP. CAYENNE PEPPER

BAKE 45 MIN. TO 1 HOUR TO 400. TURN OVER HALF WAY THROUGH BAKING

BRUSH WITH HOT SAUCE (WINGS COULD BE DIPPED IN SAUCE AS EATEN. VARIOUS AMOUNTS

OF TABASCO COULD BE ADED TO PRODUCE HOT SAUCE, MEDIUM HOT SAUCE.

HOT SAUCE:

1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR

1 ENVELOPE DRY ITALIAN SALD DRESSING MIX

1 TSP. CELERY SALT

1/2 TSP. GINGER

1/2 CUP CATSUP

1/2 CUP WATER

1/4 CUP VINEGAR

2 TBSPS. TABASCO

1 TSP. CHICKEN SEASONING (OPTIONAL)

COMBINE BROWN SUGAR, ITALIAN MIX, CELERY SALT, AND GINGER.

ADD CATSUP, VINEGAR, WATER AND TABASCO SAUCE.

MIX WELL (NO COOKING NECESSARY AND SAUCE KEEPS WELL IN FRIDGE)

STUFFED MUSHROOMS WITH HERB TURKEY STUFFING

3 CUPS PEPPRIDGE FARM HERB TURKEY STUFFING

30 MUSHROOMS

CHOPPED APPLE

CHOPPED MUSHROOM STEMS

FRY CHOPPED STEMS AND FINELY CHOPPED APPLE TIL TENDER.

BEAT ONE EGG AND COMBINE WITH STEMS AND APPLE

COMBINE WITH STUFFING

POUR 1 1/2 CUPS BOILING WATER WITH 1/4 POUND MELTED BUTTER AND TSP.

SALT AND STUFFING

BAKE 45 MIN. AT 300 DEGREES.

COVER WITH TIN FOIL FOR 35 MIN.

UNCOVER FOR LAST 10 MIN.

SPRINKLE WITH ITALIAN BREAD CRUMBS

CRAB STUFFED MUSHROOMS

RINSE AND DRY 12 LARGE MUSHROOMS; REMOVE STEMS; SAVE FOR OTHER USE (OMLET MAYBE)

BRUSH MUSHROOM CAPS WITH 1/4 CUP SALAD OIL AND PLACE IN BUTTERED BAKING DISH.

COMBINE:

1 CUP (7 1/2 OZ.) FLAKED CRABMEAT

1 EGG LIGHTLY BEATEN

2 TBLSP. MAYONNAISE

2 TBLSP. CHOPPED ONION

1 TSP. LEMON JUICE

1.4 CUP SOFT BREAD CRUMBS (ONE SLICE OF BREAD SUFFICES)

COMBINE:

1/4 CUP SOFT BREAD CRUMBS

2 TBSP. MELTED BUTTER OR MARGARINE

SPRINKLE OVER TOP OF MIXTURE

BROIL 45 MINUTES AT 300 DEGREES

BROIL COVERED WITH TIN FOIL FOR 35 MIN. THEN UNCOVER FOR LAST 10 MIN. OF BROILING.

CHEESE PUFFS

1/4 CUP BUTTER

1 CUP SHREDED SHARP CHEESE

3/4 CUP PRESIFTED FLOUR

1/4 TEASPOON CELERY SEED

DASH OF SALT

1. PREHEAT OVEN TO 450 DEGREES

2. CREAMBUTTER AND CHEESE(ELECTRIC MIXER OR KITCHEN AID

3. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS

4. FORM INTO SMALL BALLS, FLATTER WITH FORK, PLACE ON BAKING SHEET ABOUT 1/2 INCH APART

5. BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN FOR 10 MINUTES

1 PACK MINIATURE BEEF COCKTAIL WIENERS

1 (16-OUNCE) CONTAINTER BUTTERMILK BISCUIT DOUGH

1 CUP SHREDDED SHART CHEDDAR

MUSTARD (OPTIONAL TOPPING)

PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES F.

IN A GRILL PAN ON MEDIUM HEAT, COOK COCKTAIL WIENERS NTIL PLUMP, ABOUT 5 MIN.

COOK IN TWO BATCHES AND SET ASIDE

ON A CLEAN SURFACE, CUT 4 LARGE BISCUITS INTO SIXTHS. DUMP CHEESE INTO BOWL AND

ROLL EACH SLICE OF DOUGH IN THE CHEESE TO MAKE LITTLE CHEESE BALLS. GENTLY STRETCH

EACH BALL TO FIT A MINI HOT DOG. WRAP THE DOUGH AROUND THE MINI DOGS.

ARRANGE PILLOW DOGS ON A SHEET PAN LIVED WITH PARCHMENT PAPER.

LEAVE ABOUT 1-INCH SPACE BETWEEN EACH ROLL. BAKE FOR 10 MINUTES.

GARNISH WITH MUSTARD, OR DESIRED TOPPING. SERVE WARM.
