Materials: "Starting with a board of five-quarter, using 1" graph paper, I scaled up the 28mm Pulse Rifle. I made just a few tweaks to visually balance it out to make it viable. Then I traced out the grip off the Morita rifle because it had two triggers (and because it's really comfortable in the hand). I wanted to give it that Tau four-fingered twist by not using the top trigger, thus only drilling out the lower one. This also demonstrates how a Human uses a Tau-issued weapon. Then jigged out the palm opening, and with a rasp, kept filing away till is felt good, with no pokes or pinches."
