The River City Raiders replaced the St. Louis Monsters in St. Louis, moving from three previous years in the UIFL and XIFL. The team beat Chicago and West Michigan twice, but fell to Lehigh Valley 54-52 in the first round of the playoffs, the lone home team to not make the semifinals.
