The Arizona Outlaws competed in a new western division for the AIF's 2012 season. The team opened its season with a 40-13 victory over Nevada. However, this would be the team's only win in a shortened season. The team played three more home games in a row, losing twice to Ontario and once to the California Eagles. The team was outscored 309-203, which includes a 76-6 loss in Ontario. It is unlikely that the the actual Outlaws played that team, but Outlaws uniforms were used for the semi-pro team.
