This is the "Ooh it bubbles!" Wizard. He is based on the fact that I said that if Lee were a wizard, he'd be the type to clap his hands and look into his cauldron saying, "ooh, it bubbles!" This is that guy. Anyway, this was drawn on a white board. Guess I'm a gal of all mediums.
