Homeschool Prom 2003

We'd like to welcome you to the event of 2003 that you have all been anxiously waiting for! [editor's note: We hope] The Prom of 2003!
This year's theme has been determined, and we are going Celtic!
Just because your taught at home, or whatever way your being taught, it doesn't mean you have to miss out on going to a prom. This Prom is designed specifically for Highschool Homeschoolers/Cyberschoolers (Grades 9-12). A student can invite a student of a public school as well. Please invite your friends! This is an open invitation to the public, invite anyone within the grade ranges that we provided as long as they abide by our code of conduct and register.
If you wish to attend:
Please come Monday,June 16th, 2003, or else you'll miss it and be left to make your own little prom with you and your date. Arrival time is 6pm, and we will be ending around 11pm. Those who want to stick around to help breakdown will be VERY welcome!
This years prom will be at The Circleville Firehall:

The hall number is : 724-863-2473 if you have trouble with directions.

Attire: This is indeed a real prom, formal dress code required. For the men usually a tux or nice suit works nicely and ladies, formal gowns. Please keep in mind a weeeeee bit of modesty ;) Extremely low cuts are discouraged.Especially concerning the guys!;) *tsk*
Music: Yes. Well.Since it is a prom... we decided that we might as well provide some music for you to dance to instead of Hannah Richmans singing.
All the way from Swissvale we have Mix Master Mike Jones to be our Dj this year. Be prepared to dance your heart out! Requests for songs must be sent prior to the prom date, at prommusicrequests@hotmail.com
Food:None. You have to STARVE.
Okay so before the CPA comes after us, we will provide a variety of drinks and fingerfoods. Please note:There will be no main course.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
In order for this prom to be the most enjoyable everyone that attends but there are some ground rules.
1.) Alcohol, Cigarettes, Drugs.... All absolute no's.
2.)Please refrain from bringing matches, cigarette lighters or any other toys that pyromaniacs like us might be tempted to snag off of you for the mere fun of it.
3.)Not everyone wants to bump, grind or booty shake, so please keep your dancing on the clean side as well!
The key words: Respect Others.
There will be Pre-selected Chaperone's at the Prom. If you are far from the area where the prom is being held and your parents need to be with you please e-mail us at BeautifulDay87@hotmail.com ; and willing to add your parents to the chaperone list if they wish to chaperone. If not, then, we already have pre-selected Chaperones,we thank you for any offers but no more are needed.
REGISTRATION: To register, please neatly print your name grade, address, email address, and the names and grades of all guests attending the prom with you. Please specify if you or your guests are homeschoolers or non-homeschoolers, and how you heard about the prom. Enclose cash or check ( check preferably) for the amount necessary. ($15)
