Once again after a long break I am back online and continuing the work of the 23rd Pennsylvania Memorial website. All of you Birney's Zouave fans can can expect updates and info over the upcoming months. I am sorry once again for the lull in action but the last year and a half of my life has been a bit difficult. However as long as I am alive I will keep the memory of the 23rd PA alive.
