Full Regiment of the 23rd Pennsylvania is now in Cecil County, MD. The men are spread out along The Railroad, stretching from Elkton to Baltimore. Camp Reilly (Dare)is in Full Swing. Col. Birney requests that men bath each day posing a problem with the locals. Men at Camp forage for food by fishing in streams and rivers nearby.
