We continue to pay tribute to the memory of our beloved brother, Senior Deacon, CHARLES WAYNE BALDWIN. Brother Wayne was murdered on Friday, April 6, 2007. A senseless shooting in the streets of West Philadelphia, Pa. caused this innocent brother to be slain inside his home on a Friday night while preparing for work. He was struck by a bullet which pierced his second-story bedroom window. Authorities said he died instantly. One of five brothers who make up the John Ross class of 2001, Brother Wayne will be remembered for his quick wit and awesome personality.
