The Zoning
Hearing Board hears appeals of determinations made by
the Zoning Officer and requests for variances, special
exception uses, and uses not provided for in the zoning
ordinance.
The Zoning
Hearing Board is composed of Craig Moureaux, Jim
Leighty, and Tina Filone with Donna Ciancitto as an
alternate member. Attorney Douglas Jacobs advises the
Board as its solicitor.
Requests for
hearings before the Zoning Hearing Board must be made in
writing and include the required fee. Requests should
be delivered to the Township Office or mailed to:
