Application fee for conventional or alternate on-lot or community on-lot system with less than 2,500 square feet of absorption area.

NOTE:

All Application/Review fees are payable at the time of application and will be applied to the permit fee upon permit issuance.

Floor space is defined as the total square footage of a dwelling, excluding unfinished basements and crawl spaces, and including attached garages and decks as long as they are part of the permit for the dwelling.

In addition to the above, all building permits will be accessed a $4.00 Pennsylvania U.C.C. fee which is payable at the time of permit issuance.

NOTE:

Non-residential plans may be sent to a professional plan reviewer at the building officials discretion.  The initial review fee will be paid by the Township.  Any subsequent fees that may be incurred will be paid by the applicant.

Labor & Industry approved plans must be submitted with Township building permit application.  Labor & Industry "Certificate of Occupancy" must be obtained prior to final inspection by the Township.
