Free Spirit is a campus wide gay/straight alliance that seeks to improve awareness and acceptance of Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender (GLBT ) persons in the Bloomsburg community. The group is open to everyone, regardless of sexual orientation, and is always accepting new members.

We meet on Tuesdays at 8:30 in the Schweiker Room at the Library.

General Meetings are the first and third weeks of the month. "Gay movie night" is on the second week of the month; and "Flaming by the Fireside" is the fourth week of the month. For "Flaming" we alternate between an "open mic-night" and a speaker.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the "Gay? Fine by Me" Project Last April! It was a huge success!! We already raised over $700 for t-shirts 2006!

Coming in 2006 a drag show open to all at BU!
