Joe Stock, Director of Water Resources:
Joe has more than 30 years experience in practicing dam safety engineering design and construction administrative services. He received his M.S. in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering from Youngstown State University in 1992 and his B.S. in Mining Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh in 1978. Joe specializes in hydrologic/hydraulic studies, dam failure flood inundation studies, dam and spillway improvements, slope stability analysis and ground water seepage analysis. Joe was Chairman on the Board of the Ohio Dam Safety Organization (ODSO)for the past 4 years.We utilize the following design software for Reservoir Design and River Flood Analysis:
