Coaches & Classes: Our gymnastic classes are designed to build self-confidence, coordination, agility and strength. Backed by 28 years of gymnastics experience, USAG Trained and Safety Certified Kellie Turner will direct all classes. Her staff includes Safety Certified Kelly Lindemuth, Casey Lorenzato, Aubrey Fenstermaker, and Ronnie Frey. Also coaching this fall will be Courtney Newsome, Heidi Lorelli and Kaitlyn King. Our Staff is a group of dedicated individuals with a diversity in gymnastics instruction experience. We offer a full youth gymnastics program from Pee Wee through Competitive Team. All of our classes teach basic skill progressions. We provide a healthy and friendly atmosphere where your child can have fun learning. Please remember that class placement is based on skill level and not age. We run on a month-to-month schedule. If more than one family member participates in this program, the second child receives a $15.00 discount. Kellie will evaluate all Pre-Team and Team gymnasts. Classes are in the Gym on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Classes will be in the Beam Room on Tuesdays and Fridays. Classes: Pee-Wee Classes (ages 2-5): Wed. 1:00-2:00 PM Beginner and Intermediate: Weds. 3:45-4:45 PM; Fri. 3:45-4:45 PM Cost: $40.00 for Members $80.00 for Non-Members Team: Team runs year round and takes a lot of commitment from the parent as well as the gymnast. All Team gymnast MUST be members in good standing of the Brookville YMCA. Each Team gymnast is responsible for their own IGA (individual gymnast's account) balance. This is a competitive program and is required to purchase their own uniform specified by Kellie Turner. We are members of the Western PA Gymnastics League where we compete from September through July. We have had many State and National Champions over the past 7 years. Next Year's Nationals will be held in Tacoma, WA. Team fees are $66.00 a month regardless of level. Private lessons can be scheduled through Kellie Turner with any of the Team coaches.
