This is the web site of Battery SC.
The independent supporter's club of the Philadelphia Charge LFC. On this site you will find information, updates, news, and links, as well as how to join. News Items:
1. OFF SEASON ROAD TRIP!!!!
Come support our Charge players on the USWNT as they take on mexico on January 12 2002. A limited number of tickets in a supporters club section have been made availible by the Crusaders, the Supporter's club of the Washington freedom. Cost is $20 for tickets plus your own hotel, transportation. Payment for tickets is due on 12/14 to the crusaders

2. We are officially Unofficial!
I have decided to go totally independent of the Charge and have set up the following: Dues will start being collected on 1/15 but anyone can join at any time by the season (and rates will go down by then final rates will be decided by 12/20). Section will be NC (or as i would like to re name it the NC-Cell) however you dont have to be in the SC section to join.
Member benefits will include the Jumper cable a weekly E-newsletter detailing member activities.
Road trip discounts.
A free player specfic cheer sign for your favorite charge player (do note since we support ALL Charge players, signs will be given 1st come 1st served until the roster is filled, However priority of high caliber player's signs will be distributed to non founding members)
Access to the "D-cell" a Battery member's only supporter's discussion and message board which will be launched in the coming month on this site.
A chant and song book including any songs or chants you sent in and that will be used at games.
Access to SC meetings and parties during the season.
To Join Send an email with your name, Number of memberships you wish to purchase, Favorite Charge player(s), and age (at least one membership must be over 18, please) to BatterySC@hotmail.com. An address for the collection of dues will be posted within the next couple of weeks.
Remember the more the merrier, so lets get up and get moving on our 2002 season!
