APEX Heating and Cooling has been in business since April of 1996.
Although this gives a youthful appearance, it is years of experience and
considerable expertise which created the formula that has made us an instant
success. Bob McGinnis,
President and project manager, is a licenced engineer.
His time is spent in the field ensuring the work of his technicians to be
top quality. In a society where the “bottom line” seems to be most
important, his team works hard not to compromise workmanship for pricing.
The philosophy is to not only make
the systems work, but to work at peak efficiency and comfort levels. The company has
been contracted by the local utility to find ways of increasing the efficiency
of heating systems for numerous high usage customers. Services include
maintenance, repairs, upgrades and replacements for hundreds of these clients on
many different types of systems. We
also have had involvement in pilot programs geared toward researching new ways
of accomplishing this goal. The company has
also worked with salesmen of a national retail chain performing installations of
their name brand heating and cooling equipment. We have been called on by them
to troubleshoot situations which they have found problematic. The scope of our
customer base is not limited to the larger organizations.
A number of our customers are small groups such as churches, apartment
complexes, small commercial facilities and private homeowners.
With our diversity of knowledge in this field, we are able to cater to
their individual needs. Our technicians
keep themselves abreast of the latest technologies by attending frequent
seminars given by research groups, and manufacturing organizations.
This constant gathering of information assists us in the drive for
quality workmanship and enables us to compete with the best in our trade.
