Tuna and Crackers 2- 6 1/2 oz cans tuna-water packed-UNdrained 1 sleeve saltines 1 egg-beaten seasonings like Old Bay, seasoned salt, Adobo, etc. Crush saltines into a bowl and pour tuna with water over. Add the beaten egg and seasonings and mix well. Form into patties (I usually get 8). Fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. The kids love these even cold-they are easy to just pick up and go with. Please use unsalted crackers if you can-canned tuna has a high sodium content.
