SOUR CREAM RAISIN PIE – Fusee Recipe 1 cup sugar 1 ½ T cornstarch ¼ t cloves ¼ t cinnamon ¼ t nutmeg 3eggs 1 ½ cups sour cream 1 ½ cups sugar 1 T lemon juice Cook raisins first in a little water. Mix 1 cup sugar, cornstarch and spices. Beat one whole egg and yolks of two eggs; add sour cream. Add raisins; cook in double boiler until thick. Pour into baked pie crust. Cover with meringue made from two egg whites and 2 T or less of sugar. Brown in a 400’ oven for 4 – 5 minutes. Yield: 6 servings
