Ola Foster’s SUGAR COOKIES

 
1 cup oleo

1 cup sugar

1 beaten egg

2 teasp vanilla

3 cups all purpose flour

½ teasp baking powder

1/8 teasp salt

 

Cream oleo with sugar until fluffy.  Add 1 beaten egg and 2 teasp vanilla.

 

Mix and sift together :

 

3        cups flour

½ teasp baking powder

1/8 teasp salt

 

Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture.  Mix well and chill before rolling. 

 

Bake 15 minutes at 350’.
