MEATLOAF
(Grandma Foster's)

3 lbs hamburger                        
½ cup chopped onion
1 ½ cups cornflake crumbs       
some chopped green pepper
1 egg                                        
1 cup milk
1 T salt                                 
1t pepper

Mix and shape into loaf.  Pour ketchup over top.  Bake 2 ½ - 3 hours in oven 250’
