MASHED POTATO CANDY
(recipe from Margaret Ross – friend MJ)


½ cup warm mashed potatoes
1 pound confectioner’s sugar


Mix 2 ingredients together.  
Roll out in oblong shape.  
Spread on ½ cup peanut butter.  
Roll up like a jelly roll.  
Slice ¼ “ pieces.  Refrigerate.
