Ham Loaf 2/3 pound ground ham 1-1/3 pounds ground pork 1 cup dry bread crumbs 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 beaten eggs 1 cup milk Combine meats, crumbs, pepper, eggs, and milk. Mix thoroughly; form in loaf in 4-1/2x8-1/2 inch loaf pan. Bake in moderate oven (350ºF) 1 hour. Serve with Glaze: 1 1/2 c Sugar; brown;packed 3/4 c Water 1/2 c Vinegar 1 ts Mustard; dry Combine all and simmer for 15 minutes.
