CORN BREAD CASSEROLE – MJ’s 1 can whole corn – drained 1 can creamed corn 1 cup sour cream ½ cup vegetable oil 1/3 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 small box Jiffy corn Mix Stir together, pour into 9 X 13 or 12 X 12 pan that has been greased. Bake 350’ until golden brown. It takes about 45 minutes.
