BROCCOLI CASSEROLE Found in Grandma’s recipe book. Don’t know if she ever made it. 2 10 ounce packages frozen chopped broccoli 2 eggs, beaten lightly 1 can cream of mushroom soup, not diluted 1 cup grated sharp Cheddar cheese 1 cup mayonnaise Ritz cracker crumbs or dry cornbread dressing mix Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain well. Combine with all other ingredients. Pour into a greased shallow casserole. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs or dry cornbread dressing mix. Dot well with butter. Bake at 350’ F for 15 to 20 minutes until casserole is firm in the center.
