Anne's Pasta Salad 1 lb rotini 3 large tomatoes peeled seeded and chopped 1 large cucumber peeled seeded and chopped 2 small green peppers seeded and chopped 1 can black olives drained and sliced 2c or 1-15oz can cut green beans-drained 2c broccoli florets cooked and drained 2c cauliflower florets cooked and drained 2c or 1-15 oz can kidney or small white beans-drained 1 c shredded carrot 1/2 lb salami cut in 1/2" cubes 1/2 lb mozzarella cut in 1/2" cubes 1 large bottle Italian dressing Cook pasta and drain. Add remaining ingredients and toss to mix. Refigerate for several hours before serving. Makes ALOT! Enough for potluck picnics :)
