Anne's Chicken Tortilla Soup 2 c cooked chicken diced 8 c chicken stock or broth 1 15 oz can corn 1 packet taco seasoning 10- 8 inch flour tortillas 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp salt Combine garlic,cumin,onion, and salt in a small bowl. Stack tortillas together and cut into strips about 1/2" wide. Fry strips in hot oil until browned and crispy. Remove from oil and sprinkle with seasoning mixture while still hot. Bring stock to a boil, reduce heat and add chicken, corn, and taco seasoning. Simmer until heated through. Ladle into bowls and top with fried tortilla strips.
