Believers Put on The Full Armor From God

Eph 6:10-17

v10:    Therefore from now on or in the future keep on being or becoming strong in the Lord through daily Perception, Cognition, Inculcation, Metabolization and Application of Bible Doctrine even by means of his Endued power (Divine Dynasphere)

v11:    Put on or wear for yourselves the FULL ARMOR FROM OUR GOD that you might continue to be able to hold your ground against the tactics and strategy of the Devil,

v12:    Because our spiritual hand to hand combat or warfare keeps on being absolutely not against flesh and blood human beings, but face to face with or against the highest demon rulers or generals or archons (Abaddon, Apoyllon, Beelzebub, Beelzeel), against the demon commissioned officers or authorities, against the cosmos demon ambassadors to world rulers of this darkness or gloom or evil, against the spiritual forces of evil or the rank and file demons in the heavenlies.

v13:    Because of this angelic conflict pick up and put on the FULL ARMOR FROM GOD, in order that you might have the ability to hold your ground or resist in the evil day when you are attacked, even after having achieved everything or SuperGrace to oppose the forces of Satan.

v14 :   Stand fast or resist or oppose, therefore, after having buckled around your waist the belt (which holds all other equipment together and ready for use) by means of or with Bible Doctrine resident in the Stream of Consciousness of the Soul, also having put on the breastplate or body armor of Divine Righteousness.

v15:    Also after you have put on your combat boots with the equipment or preparation or readiness to serve the Lord to communicate the good news or gospel even of reconciliation or peace.

v16:    In addition to All the Armor, take up or having picked up and carried the shield of Faith with which shield you may be able or have the ability to extinguish all the flaming missiles or everything from the source of the evil or wicked one or Satan.

v17:    And or also take or receive or welcome the helmet of or which refers to salvation, and the Macharia thrusting sword from God the Holy Spirit, which is the word or doctrine from God.

Introduction to Corrections

            I have no academic knowledge of Greek or Hebrew. I have been a student of Bible Doctrine from the teaching ministry of Col. R. B. Thieme Jr. since 1978. Pastor Thieme had for over 50 years been involved in the Categorical, Exegetical and Isogogical teaching of the Word of God from the original languages of Greek, Hebrew and Aramaic. I have copied the corrections of verses covered by Pastor Thieme in his various studies and have included them as blue text additions into the copies of the Revised Standard Versions of the New and Old Testament Scriptures found on the "links" page. These Taped Lectures are all available from R. B. Thieme Jr. Bible Ministries, P.O. Box 460829, Houston, TX 77056-8829; 713-621-3740, www.rbthieme.org.

            As will always occur I have probably included some personal interpretation which fit my understanding of the proper translations but I have tried to take only what Pastor Thieme has himself corrected based on his taped lectures.

There are THREE (3) MAIN files here for you to access and many files which may be of further interest to you in your study of biblical principles.

First there are Abbreviations which I commonly use in taking notes from the taped lectures of Pastor Thieme. I have since stopped using these but some of the corrected verses have these abbreviations still in them.

Second there is the New Testament Revised Standard Version which I have included blue line translation corrections from Pastor Thieme.

Third there is the Old Testament Revised Standard Version which I have included blue line translation corrections from Pastor Thieme.

I have placed these files here in PDF format for your use with Adobe Reader (tm) or any other PDF document reader and have included a link to a source for the adobe reader which is also free to download.

Last but not least, I will try to update these files occasionally with notes and other material taken from my current studies. Since Pastor Thieme is NO longer teaching at Berachah Church, I have begun to listen to lectures which I have missed in the time I have been studying Bible Doctrine, that is his earliest tapes, in order to correct those verses he taught in those early lessons.

In addition, I will include files of information which I think you might find interesting or useful for you to view or download at your convenience.
