What does Abstinence mean?

By committing yourself to abstinence, you are committing yourself to abstaining from sexual relations until marriage. This means nowhere past first base! When you abstain from physical relations, you get to know your partner better on a more personal level, and when the time comes to love one another with your bodies, it is that much better.
