  • New S.O.S. CD?!-- Thats right kiddies, we are heading off to the recordng studio the first 3 weekends in August. Secondly we will tour on this cd (no later than June 2002). Thirdly we hope to trick a label into giving us some support. So keep your fingers crossed, and your eyes open cause you might just see it in local music stores soon!

  • Late April--
Well everyone first we would like to thank everyone that came to the Battle of the Bands on 4/20 at the C.V. High School. It was a crazy show and as much as we hate to admit, it was probably our last battle royal at the school. But on a brighter note school is almost over so get ready. We are planning on having a CRAZY summer, shows, more shows, and yes even more shows are comming your way. Look for some big names to be comming around, were hoping to get shows with the Martini Bros, and we were gonna send an invite to Anti-Flag to have some shows. Whether any of these will materialize is still just wild speculation, but rest assured we will try our damnedest to get these bands. In any even look for lots of shows at the Wire (yea were gonna bring that back hopefully), the New Cumberland fire hall, and anywhere else they let us play. We are going to try to put on as many free shows as possible, but at some places that is not an option. Anyways get ready, cause if you aren't sick of us yet you will be come the end of summer. Lastly we are going to record a new full length cd towards the end of summer. The recording dates are set and we're saving our pennies to put this progect together. Look for us on either Sony, or Geffin records early fall....(end sarcasm).

  • Saturday April 21--

    ***Battle of the Bands 2001***

Yes you guys asked for them, and now you are gonna get them. S.O.S. will be returning for the second year in a row to play Cumberland Valley's infamous show. Get ready to have the best time possible while still on school property because we promise this show will be wild. Tickets will be five bucks at the door. We will be doing a rare thing, and that is we will actually be selling our music! You can buy the seldom sold album "Miseducation of a Generation" (tape) for 2 or 3 bucks (depending on how much it costs to make them). Don't miss this opportunity because after this show we probably will NEVER sell them again. Get ready...

  • Special Thanks-- to everyone that came out to the show at American Music Cafe on 3/30/01. We had a great time playing in Pittsburgh and hope to return soon, so keep up the faith, we will be back. We would like to give a shout out to Tacet, who put us in our place by stealing the show, hopefully we will be playing with this talented band again.

  • Friday March 30th, 2001--S.O.S. will be playing our first of hopefully many shows in the Pittsburgh scene. The show is at the American Music Cafe, show starts at 7:00 pm. Other bands include One Day Late, and one other band to be announced. Come support the scene and see us debute in Pittsburgh.

Special thanks to Aggression, and Poorboy for playing for free and on such a short notice.
