
LAST MINUTES RECEIVED ARE FROM February 2012
Tri-Chairperson Chuck Miller
called the meeting to order at 10AM. Tri-Chairperson Rachele Harmuth was present
along with 16 members in good standing. After the Pledge of Alligience to the
Flag, the minutes of the last meeting were read and accepted as read. No
Treasurers Report was available.
Old Business - Vinnie Settepani needs help next Sunday at the MCH
at 1PM to set up for the Magician.
The Artist Showing will be
joined with Meet Your Neighbor. The committee will decide on the percentage of
money to go to Recreation from sales. Vinnie S. suggested that we have wine and
cheese for the adults and hot dogs and soda for the the kids at Kaspar Lodge.
The 80’s Dance has been
postponed. A new date will be looked into.
WWW/E - Sled building will
take place. Vinnie S. has permission to use the fire truck to wet the hill for
sliding on ice if the weather permits. Also suggested sliding on cardboard or a
poly material. Cut off date for tickets to the Ice Cream Social and Magician is
February 18th, 2012.
St. Patricks Dance is on
March 17th, 2012 at the MCH at 7PM. Tickets are $20.00 each. Cut off
date for tickets is March 12th, 2012.
Pat Nagel wrote a letter to
John Carney requesting that the second sink in the Adult Lodge be replaced. The
Adult Lodge is used for big events and it is needed as we prep and cook and
wash pots and pans and need the other sink. John C. replied that it will be put
back in sometime this winter.
The band the Lites agreed to
play for New Years Eve for $500.00 with dinner. The motion was past to sign
them up.
New Business - Terry Cuccinello requested that the Bonfire be
taken off of 2012 events. She would like to have Poker Nights in July and
August.
Leslie Dennis made a motion
to adjourn and Jerry Koskyshyn seconded it.
Our next meeting is March 10th,
2012 at 10AM at the Adult Lodge.
