Youth Theater Summer Camp
July 2-26, Monday - Thursday from 10 AM - 4 PM
(except for July 4).
Enrollment is limited to 12 students per level. A student must be
between the ages of 8-17.

Advanced Level
An audition or permission from the director is required to
enter this level. This level will perform in a musical and a one-act
play TBA. All students will have at least one leading role.
There will be advanced training in acting with a focus on comedy improv.
The vocal training will focus on projection, breath control and
stylization. The dance work will focus on jazz, tap and hip hop.
That training will then be put into immediate practice during the
rehearsals.

Intermediate Level
No audition is required for this level. This level
will perform with the advanced level in a musical and perform in their own
one-act play TBA. All students will have at least one leading role.
There will be training in acting with a focus on improvisation. The
vocal training will focus on projection, breath control and stylization.
The dance work will focus on jazz, tap and hip hop. That training
will then be put into immediate practice during the rehearsals.
Directed by John Rea
The performance will be on July 26 at 7 PM.
Musicals under consideration: The Drunkard, Fame,
Guys and Dolls, Lucky Stiff, and Working.
Comedies under consideration: The Complete History of
America (Abridged), Noises Off, Greater Tuna, The Great Fruit Escape, and
All in the Timing. |
