Attention Boy Scout Unit Leaders!

In June Cliff asked you to review your Merit Badge Counselor List and let him know if there were any changes and e-mail him with those changes or that there were no changes. Cliff wants to burn new discs for September Roundtable. Council requires this list to updated each year. Please click on his name below and send him your reply.

June 3, 6:30 picnic, 7:00 Roundtable – Camp Guyasuta
Day Camp meetings -If your Pack is attending camp you must send a representative to attend a half hour meeting at either 6:00 or 8:15. You will receive your t-shirts and parent information pamphlets. Jr Staff meeting is at 7:45

Day Camps – June 29-July 3 and July 6-10

For Roundtables (first Wednesday) O’Hara Elementary School, 115 Cabin Lane Rd. Pittsburgh

Eagle Boards (second Wednesday): Directions to Springdale Municipal Bldg: Exit Route 28 at Harmarville onto Freeport Road. Turn left onto Freeport Rd. and continue east to Springdale, turn left onto School St. (You will pass Glen's Custard, Colfax, James, then School St.) Go 1 block on School St. and turn left into the parking lot. The Borough building is at the corner of School and Walnut St.

Additional Parking: There is a public lot behind the big clock off of Freeport Road. Turn right on a street after the clock. It's a short walk to the Municipal Building.

DAY CAMP

2009 Japeechen District Day Camp Junior Staff Application

We need to get commitments for staff positions. We are requesting at least one day of a staff volunteer per pack. We need help in crafts and program. We will need extra help for the picnic on the last day. We also need a person to help with registration every morning (handing out packets and medical forms and collecting the attendance forms). We need to have certified medical staff available every day (They can go with their group and will carry a walkie-talkie) Contact ronna08@aol.com - 412-486-1524.
