CONTEST INVITATION AND CONTRACT
You are cordially invited to participate in the
following contest hosted by the Pocono Mountain Music Boosters.

of Contest: March 16th, 2002
Location: Pocono Mt. HS,
School Road, Swiftwater, PA
Contest
will begin at 4:00 PM
This signed
contract must be returned no later than February 23rd, 2002.
There
will be no pre-contest meeting. Order
of appearance will be determined by return postmark date.
All judging tapes must be turned in 15 mins. prior to the start of
competition (or 15 mins. prior to the end of the intermission if you are in the
second half.) If tapes are not
handed in at the appropriate time, you will not receive any tape commentary.
The host of this contest will notify you one week prior to the contest of
a tentative performance time.

AND BACK
We agree to abide by the hosts ground rules including but not limited to:
1. No alcoholic beverages or
drugs will be permitted on the school premises.
2. No smoking is permitted
on the school grounds
3. No practicing will be
permitted in the cafeteria, hallways, classrooms, or locker rooms.
4. The host will not be
responsible for lost, stolen items, or equipment.
5. All equipment and props
must be padded and taped on any end that may touch the competitive
floor.
6. All TIA rules will
followed, including withdrawal from this contest.
7. The host will allow (7)
seven free passes for staff and equipment runners.
