Dale C. Houck is a magna cum laude graduate of Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA and holds a Masters' degree in Music Education from the University of Scranton in Scranton, PA. He has also earned 60 graduate credits since receiving his Masters' degree. Mr. Houck directed the marching band at Riverside High School in Taylor, PA from 1979-1982. He has served as the WVW String Orchestra director since 1983 and has directed the Honors Orchestra since its inception in 1993. Mr. Houck is a professional musician, having played woodwinds for many performing artists and touring companies.
