PAYMENT
All prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or taxes.
Personal checks in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank are welcome. Keep in mind that there will be an inherent delay while the check processes, typically 7-10 days for checks mailed in the United States. While we recognize that oversights may occur, we regret that we must charge $35 for checks that are returned for any reason, as that is what the bank charges us when it declines them.
We also accept U.S. postal money orders in U.S. dollars and certified checks in U.S. dollars drawn on U.S. banks.
SHIPPING
Delivery time for continental U.S. is by U.S. Postal Service and should take approximately 3-7 work days from shipping notification. Longer times may be required for custom or international orders.
For faster shipment, weekend or holiday delivery, shipping information to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations, I'm only an email away from a resolution.
You will be notified by email when your order ships and its estimated arrival time.

Returnability of custom orders will be established and confirmed by email or telephone prior to our acceptance and filling of the order.
If an item arrives with shipping damage, please notify the carrier immediately and follow their instructions. Be certain to save all shipping materials so you can substantiate your claim to the carrier, or they may void the claim. Also, please email me right away so that I may anticipate its return and prepare a replacement. That way I may be able ship your replacement immediately upon receipt of your return.
CUSTOMS
For international customers, the contents of your order will be listed as "art" and the value of that art will also be indicated. Please be aware that applicable customs and import duties are assessed when a package reaches your country. As the customer, you are responsible for any additional charges, taxes or duties needed so that your order can clear customs. We cannot control these charges, nor can we accurately predict them, as policies vary according to each individual country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information so you can be aware of the import duties in your country.
