On occasions, despite our best fire prevention efforts, STUFF HAPPENS. A wire overheats inside a wall, a house is struck by lightning, someone gets a bit careless while cooking, or a person intentionally sets a fire. On these occasions the fire developes quickly. The result is the shots on this page.

This page is not meant to glorify the Red Devil , but to honor the township's volunteers who are called to put out the flames and show the difficulty of their job.
