On Saturday, June 16, 2001, the Delaware
Township Volunteer Fire Company celebrated its aquisition of a 2001 American LaFrance Eagle. The festivities commenced
with an Open House. The actual Wetdown festivities commenced at 4 pm.
We would
like to thank the following fire departments for their participation: Montague, Branchville,
Pine Island, Sandyston, Hemlock Farms, Dingmans, Milford, Vernon, Trumbauersville,
and Lakeville.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank the Delaware
Township Supervisors for their support and assistance. Without them this would have not
become a reality.
