"Abbey Road" is the Beatles most polished album since "Sgt. Pepper's Lonley Hearts Club Band". It was their last big hurrah. All of the songs are good and there are no weak tracks. "Come Together" kicks things off. This is an awsome song of John's with memorable lyrics and a good beat. Very cool song. "Something" is one of George's best songs. He's singing about what makes a girl special but he can't seem to figure out that certain "something". "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" is a cool song about triumph and tragedy. Everything is going well in Maxwell's life until his silver hammer comes down and starts killing everyone. It's pretty twisted but neat. "Oh! Darling" is a classic rocker with a good beat and a catchy tune. "Octopus's Garden" is Ringo's second song he wrote entirley by himself. The tune is great and the lryics are awsome. It's kinda like a part-two to "Yellow Submarine". "I Want You (She's So Heavy)" is good, a classic in it's own way. "Here Comes The Sun" is a positive inspriational song from George. The guitar riff is classic and the lyrics are great. "Because" is a cool song about someone who questions why things are the way they are. The tune is clever and the harmonies are wonderful. "You Never Give Me Your Money" is a song Paul wrote about the financial troubles he was having at the time. It's a bit depressing but a still a good song. "Sun King" is a weird song of John's that came to him in a dream. The end part is cool with the Spanish lyrics which is ironic because the "Sun King" was French. "Mean Mr. Mustard" is a funny song about a hobo. "Polythene Pam" is another funny song about a woman who's so good-looking she looks like a man. "She Came In Through The Bathroom Window" is good. "Golden Slumbers" is an excellent song, one of Paul's best. The melody and the tune are nice and the lyrics are wonderful. "Carry That Weight" is pretty good. A little repetative but good. "The End" is a great finish to the "Abbey Road" album and to the whole Beatles saga. Each one of them gets a solo and the song includes one of the most memorable and meaningful lyrics ever..."And in the end the love you take is equal to the love...you make." "Her Majesty" is a 30 tribute of Paul's to the queen of England. It sounds a little awkward at the end of the album but wraps things up nicely. "Abbey Road" is an awsome album. A must have for any true Beatles fan.
