The Hatch Act -- A Threat to Civil Liberties
Believe It or Not --- Some one that designs and builds highways and bridges miles from the school district they live in is subject to the Hatch Act. But wait a teacher who works in one school district and lives in the school district adjacent to it, can run for school director because they are exempt from the Hatch Act.
