TD Bank Promotion

Thanks for all the families that visisted the local TD Bank Stores you earned us over $10,000. Thanks to the athletes and parents who showed their support. Thanks especially to our coaches Halley Petupato and Ed Scarpignato getting all the visitors organized to visit the 16 TD Stores

Golf Outing

Our Annual Golf Outing is coming home to Edgmont Country Club! The event is planned for September 30. If you would like to play, bring a foursome, get your company on board or would like to help recruit golfers, prizes or hole or event sponsors email us.

Protective Behavior Training Required

All volunteers are asked to log on to the Protective Behavior site and complete the on-line training.   The link is below. For the protection of our athletes, this should be the first training each volunteer take.

Athlete Application

Over 300 Delaware County Athletes have expired Athlete Applications (medicals) on file.

These athletes can access application forms and completion instructions on this site.
Please remember to mail the original to the program address, and your head coach should only receive a copy inorder to participate.
Applications that are not on file at the Special Olympics Office will disqualify the athlete for both the training and this years events.

Athlete Council

Athlete Council Representatives meeting is available for athletes 18 and over. Any athlete that would like to be considered for the Council can email Don at special.olympics@verizon.net or call the program number 610-449-2199.

Did you know the program pays over $5,000 for public School District
owned training facilities each season for training swimming alone? $6,000 for buses to one competition? Over $6,000. for games of bowling!
