1. Open Transparent image 350x225. With the Selection tool set at rectangle, use the blocks on the transparent image as a guide and make different sizes. To make multiple slats, hold down the shift key while using the selection tool. 2. Flood fill any color or pattern and leave image selected. 3. Copy and paste as a new selection on current image. Do this until you have the desired look you want. Deselect. 4. With the magic wand click anywhere on the image. Go to Selections/Invert. Your image should be selected. 5. Go to Image/Plugins/Filter Factory A/Pool Shadow using these settings: 6. Click ok. Leave image selected and apply a drop shadow. I used the following settings:7. Deselect and you're done with making a slatted tag.
