Important News!
Legislation concerning the Pennsylvania Standards for Music Education is currently up for debate in Harrisburg and around the state.
It is important for anyone teaching in the state of Pennsylvania to know what these standards are, and what they will mean in the classroom.
You can link directly to the State Dept. of Education to read about them, or learn about them from Cathy Welling, Duquesne University Professor, in the Standards section.

More Important News!
There is a job position still open in St. Mary's County, MD. The job is at Town Creek Elementary School teaching General Music, Choir, Strings, and Instruments (basically running the entire program).
